About the Author – Annette Simmons

Annette Simmons is a leadership coach and life-coach working primarily with senior leaders helping them to create dynamic and empowering cultures within their organisations. Since leadership drives culture and culture drives performance, leadership development is a crucial element organisational sustainability.

This book and DVD are the result of Annette’s clients and fellow coaches urging her to teach other coaches how to work with her unique approach to leadership and life coaching. These transformational tools have been forged from Annette’s experience of and passion for leadership coaching, life coaching, modern psychology, quantum physics, management theory and spiritual laws which have helped many executives and leaders to find the greatness within themselves, enhancing their personal results and the performance of those around them.

Annette has over twenty year’s experience working with organisations, large and small, private and public in Europe and the United States.

About the DVD’s Co-Presenter – Tim Kemp

Tim is a respected coach and management advisor to a select group of both private and public sector executives and has acted as a mediator in a variety of sensitive management dilemmas.  He works regularly with medical, scientific and technical specialists as they manage the challenging transition to senior management positions.  

In addition to a wide range of articles, books and management simulations, Tim’s story, “Hell’s Pavement”, on the theme of childcare and the impact of good intentions, was turned into a feature film. It premiered at the Glasgow Film Festival in February 2009.
